Goofy Kid

Fischer goes through phases with sunglasses. Yesterday he wore his old (too small) baby shades to daycare. Jenn managed to get them off for naptime, but he was still wearing them when I picked him up at 5pm. Another day last week he found this pink pair at Jenn's house and kept them on for a couple hours.... upside down the whole time....

Unfortunately Fischer's birthday fell on a Tuesday this year... so Pete and I were busy working and didn't get to spend much of the day with him. Thank God for Jenn ... she came thru for us again.... she had a little party for him at daycare!!! They had a Barnyard Friends cake, a trip to McDonalds to eat lunch and play, and some great new toys for Fischer... trucks and tractors - his favorite! Thank you again to Jenn and her family for making Fischer's birthday a great day

For Christmas with the Springer side, we did things a little different this year... trip to the Dells! As you can see, Fischer still loves the water! Pictured left is Grandpa Don Springer with all his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Christmas in Illinois

For Christmas this year we surprised Larry & Nede with family pictures. It's always scary with the little ones... especially Fischer - but they did great and we got a nice family photo.

Baby Drew is getting big, and so fun.... full of smiles. He and Fischer crack each other up!

Pete and Mini-Pete on the job....

Pete bought a log truck this winter to keep himself busy. He's been working ridiculous hours, but seems to enjoy doing it. Fischer thinks Pete & Jimmy are the only men in the world with "BIG TRUCKS".... he talks about them constantly, and always waits in the front window for Pete to come home at night.
