Larry's 60th Bday Weekend
We need more snow! Stanley, Drew, and Fischer got to play outside on Sunday when it warmed up. Drew is in the green coat... he's actually sleeping on the snowmobile! Poor guy was tired!!

When I went to work Saturday morning I told Pete to take Fischer and pick out a Christmas tree. I assumed they would go buy one .... instead Pete got the chainsaw and headed for the back yard. Fischer picked this one. Apparently it looked small outside, but it barely fit in the house. They had to hack off the top, there's huge holes in it, it's about 10 feet wide, and the branches start about 3 feet off the floor.
This picture doesn't do the ugliness justice. It looks like Christmas exploded in the sunroom.

Halloween 2011
Fischer refused to wear any of the 15 possible costumes that a friend so nicely gave us... so he went as a farmer... he dressed like he does any day of the week...

Fischer remains 100% brainwashed. The boy lives for John Deere.... imagine that?! He recently woke up singing "it's all about John Deere" - a song from one of his J.D. kids dvd's.
